Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to help support the business processes going forward. This will be a full time, permanent role for the right candidate.
Immediate start available.
To deal with telephone/e-mail enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
To maintain our Accounting and parts stocking system.
To generate Job Cards based on customer orders and liaise with the Manufacturing team.
To input orders and purchase relevant products.
To book on collections with our couriers.
Develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers and suppliers.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Administrative Duties:
Scheduling
Carrying out requests from management as needed
Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
Answering emails and sorting post
Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Highly organized and conscientious and keen to deliver a high level of Customer Service. Must be competent with Office programs (Excel essential, Sage Accounting would be beneficial). Self-motivated with good attention to detail. Flexibility and willingness to work hard. Reliable with the desire to exceed expectations. Full driving license would be an advantage.
