Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to help support the business processes going forward. This will be a full time, permanent role for the right candidate.

Immediate start available.

  • To deal with telephone/e-mail enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • To maintain our Accounting and parts stocking system.
  • To generate Job Cards based on customer orders and liaise with the Manufacturing team.
  • To input orders and purchase relevant products.
  • To book on collections with our couriers.
  • Develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers and suppliers.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Administrative Duties:

  • Scheduling
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary

Work remotely:

  • No

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Highly organized and conscientious and keen to deliver a high level of Customer Service. Must be competent with Office programs (Excel essential, Sage Accounting would be beneficial). Self-motivated with good attention to detail. Flexibility and willingness to work hard. Reliable with the desire to exceed expectations. Full driving license would be an advantage.
