Job Description

The ideal candidate must be motivated and have a passion for finance and ideally, have an interest in the engineering industry.

Main duties & responsibilities

The candidates core day-to-day responsibilities and duties will include, but will not only be limited to:

  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in processing a large number of invoices daily.
  • Be confident in dealing with multiple suppliers.
  • Work with our branch network to resolve queries.
  • Must be able to work in a busy environment and balance a varied work load.
  • Adhoc admin.

Health & Safety responsibilities

  • Take care of own safety and that of others.
  • Comply with health and safety procedures and instructions.
  • Not neglect, misuse, and damage anything provided in the interest of health and safety.

Assist by reporting to Line Manager any hazard, accident, damage or defect in order that remedial action may be undertaken.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience within Purchase Ledger role. High Level of confidentiality. Strong math’s skills. IT literate and confident in working with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel. Excellent communication skills. Have attention to detail.
