Part-Time or Full-Time Accounts Assistant working with the Sales and Purchase Ledger, and also assisting with all other aspects of a busy Accounts Department.
List of Duties include:
- Experience with computer software, including Sage 50 Accounts, Excel and Word.
- Maintaining Sales and Purchase Ledger, along with Reconciliations of Customer and Supplier Statements.
- Assisting with Cash flow, Daily Banking and Reconciliations.
- Filing & Logging
- Occasional Telephone duties
- General office duties
Part-time hours: 26-30 per week

All customers are required to wear a mask inside the Reception area. Hand sanitisation is supplied in Reception and required to be used by all customers and employees.
