Job Description

We are recruiting for a Payroll and Pensions Administrator to join our Finance team.

You will process all Payroll and Pension changes for all our employees and ensure that you deliver excellent customer service whilst supporting them through any data changes that need to be made.

The role has a monthly task Rota to give you a varied work load and allow for development of a wide range of skills. We encourage knowledge sharing to deliver best practice across the full range of duties that the department will carry out, including pension queries, personal data changes and supporting a range of staff benefits.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will possess excellent communication skills which contribute to your ability to deliver a high standard of customer service. This will be accompanied by your attention to detail to ensure information is gathered and input correctly in the first instance. Having strong IT skills, you will be used to operating spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel and have experience of using bespoke financial software. Experience: Payroll: 1 year (Preferred).
