Job Description
We are supporting a commercial facilities business in Oadby who require an outstanding Administrator to join their team. No day is the same you may be typing correspondence or managing diaries for the senior management one day and then next assisting with recruitment and training of new staff the next.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous administration experience (diary management, typing of correspondence, attending meetings). Ideally experience of sales support (processing invoices and producing sales quotations). Team player, someone who is flexible and happy to assist with a number of areas within the business. IT proficient able to use Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. An excellent communicator, someone who can build and develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients. Fluent in English (required). Hold a valid passport, full driving license and be able to travel elsewhere in Europe and UK if required.
