Job Description

To provide administrative support to all areas of customer service activity to ensure exemplary customer service is delivered on all occasions.

  • Handle all inbound customer queries
  • Ensure constant proactive feedback to customer on service order status
  • Actively managing and building relations with all customers.
  • Maintain a service management system as appropriate
  • Actively demonstrate the support of the other areas/departments within the company, to ensure that a team spirit is observed.
  • Any other reasonable request compatible with the job description as identified by the Team Leader.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
