Job Description
To provide administrative support to all areas of customer service activity to ensure exemplary customer service is delivered on all occasions.
- Handle all inbound customer queries
- Ensure constant proactive feedback to customer on service order status
- Actively managing and building relations with all customers.
- Maintain a service management system as appropriate
- Actively demonstrate the support of the other areas/departments within the company, to ensure that a team spirit is observed.
- Any other reasonable request compatible with the job description as identified by the Team Leader.
