Job Description

As Talent Development Administrator, you will be an integral part of the People team, responsible for providing high quality administration services which support the delivery and management of all learning, development, leadership and talent programmes.

You’ll also get the opportunity to work closely with our wider People and organization to support our teams to work towards and gain technical qualifications – monitoring all incoming certifications and qualifications and assisting with analysis of data to ensure that as an organization we are focusing on talent in the right areas.

Whilst not essential, an understanding and previous experience of administration within a Learning & Development team or within the digital/tech industry would be of benefit – especially given that you will be working with a wide range of technically gifted individuals as we look to lead our customers on a digital transformation journey.

Our ideal candidate will be a pro-active, dynamic individual with minimum 1 year’s administrative experience who is not afraid to challenge the norm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer all learning, development and talent programmes (venue, examination and travel booking, learner invitations and evaluations) through the LMS and internal IT systems
  • Build outstanding relationships with learners, line manager and the Node4 People and Performance team to ensure an exceptional service to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute high quality data to reporting requirements – internal and external
  • Identify and lead improvements to administrative processes which improve the learner and line manager experience
  • Provide administration support to the Head of People & Performance and their direct reports which includes own line manager
  • Manage operational performance of the LMS daily
  • Continuously develop own expertise, knowledge and experience through team working and deep understanding of the organization and its systems
  • Support business leaders and managers to take greater accountability for managing and developing the talent in their own teams
  • Proactively develop self to become the go to contact for all administration enquiries and issues Education and Experience Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Planning & organizing. Influencing with impact and building relationships. Analysis and problem solving. PPT, Excel and Word proficiency Knowledge. LMS system & process knowledge. Working to build strong channels of communication internally and with external agencies/organizations. Structuring ideas clearly. Problem Solving, analyzing existing information to come up with appropriate solutions. Prioritizing your workload to ensure deadlines are met. Keen eye for detail.
