Job Description

You'll put your skills to work running a large staffing Rota across our Leicester services, ensuring the right staff are in place to support people with learning disabilities and/or autism.

This will mean liaising with managers, staff, the people we support, and their families. You'll get to know everyone's preferences, shift patterns and availability, taking into account and recording staff sickness and annual leave.

You'll also organize staff training, help with inductions for new staff, and take on some supervision work.

This role is part-time at 30 hours a week, and while you'll be working mostly daytimes, you will also be part of our on-call Rota, which additionally covers evenings and weekends.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You must be an experienced Administrator or Coordinator able to: Work on your own initiative as well as being part of a team. Be well organized and able to priorities. Have great attention to detail. Work well under pressure, able to react quickly. Have excellent IT skills, including MS Office and particularly Excel. If you have relevant experience, good customer service skills and share our values a great fit. We are looking for people who celebrate differences, and we strive to make all our staff feel included, valued and respected. You'll also be a driver with your own transport, in order to travel around our Leicester services.
