Job Description

As out Project Administrator, you will implement the efficient running of the two office projects and assist the Manager and staff in running office and computerized systems as directed by undertaking a range of administrative tasks in keeping with the policies and procedures of our external contractors and the Trust.

Responsibilities of our Project Administrator includes:

  • Managing the efficient running of the project offices, acting as a focal point for enquiries, answering the telephone
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to the project
  • Inputting accurate and timely information into the Trust housing management system and producing reports as required
  • Managing and updating central casework records and systems for both the South East and Coventry services, ensuring referrals, visits and outcomes are tracked and documented
  • Processing all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assisting with organizing accommodation and travel for staff who work from the office and training events, and with the preparation of training notes and power point presentations
  • Managing the office petty cash float, postage and stationary and other budgets as required and to monitor expenditure.
