Job Description

Joining a flexible, focused team, you’ll support them in delivering efficient and effective admin support to achieve on time and in full results. You’ll:

  • Find ways to improve processes and routine tasks maximizing where possible the use of technology
  • Manage a workload of varying complexity and scale
  • Work independently to perform a wide range of administrative and organizational activities but part of a broader Logistics Admin support team that provide a level of cover for each other
  • Play a pivotal role in keeping a fast-paced site running smoothly in dispatching goods to global markets, scheduling transport and receiving inbound goods.

You work well autonomously but also as part of a bigger Logistics Admin team covering a 24\7 fast moving consumer goods factory and can be relied on to exercise good judgment.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Are proficient using MS Office and other systems (Warehouse systems knowledge would be great). Are organized and able to balance competing priorities. Can manage complex tasks in a fast moving environment. Manage a high level of documents and detail but retain accuracy and compliance with processes. Love finding new ways to improve and simplify ways of working that are aligned with the team and the site.
