Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to support our award winning Human Resources team in delivering a high quality service to the Trust. If you are interested in working in a fast-paced environment, with constantly changing priorities, and have an eye for detail then this is the opportunity for you. This post is permanent developmental full time position. If you’re a recent graduate looking to develop a career in HR and or have some experience within HR this would be a perfect position to start off your career.
The post supports the work of the Human Resources Team by carrying out administrative duties associated with the provision of a customer focused HR Service. The post holder will be the first point of contact for enquiries to the Team, providing basic advice on HR processes and signposting where required. Due to the current pandemic, this post will involve working from home.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are seeking a candidate with excellent planning and organizational skills. You will be proactive, motivated and have excellent communication and customer service skills. You will need to be forward thinking with excellent IT skills and be able to work positively towards the development and success of the HR team. You will be expected to work on your own initiative to organize and priorities your workload. Experience or an interest in a career in Human Resources is desirable for this post.
