The post will be responsible to the Branch Manager, is 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7, must be willing to work weekends and early mornings.

Working on our clients sites to assist with staff check ins and ensure service standards are being met
Performing staff see outs from the office to ensure we are delivering the correct numbers of staff, in the correct uniform and on time.
Identifying own and teams training and development needs
Resolving Customer / Staff Complaints
Reporting weekly activity results

Taking and Recording Bookings and Briefs from Customers
Filling Bookings and communicating brief
Planning and communicating logistics to all relevant parties
Making Customer Care Calls
Extending Bookings
Organizing Training and Development Sessions of Temporary staff
Organizing Staff assessments
Being responsible for hospitality teams whilst on site
Working within hospitality teams for staff review
Liaising with clients whilst on site to help meet their needs on the day
Supervising restaurant floors/sections
Reporting staff performance back to the office
