Job Description

The post holder will be joining the Corporate Governance Team and will be supporting projects across the team including: follow-up of internal audit recommendation, support with legal case management, information governance projects and compliance. The post holder will also be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have experience of administrative systems and ability to undertake projects. You will have a proven track record and experience of maintaining administrative support systems including bring forward files, manuals and electronic filing systems, ensuring that systems are effective in their use and are reviewed regularly. The post holder will be required to have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels across the organizations and across external stakeholders and with members of the public.
