This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced financial services administrator to take on a senior role in our fast paced business. You’ll already be well versed in all aspects of financial planning administration. We are a boutique, successful and highly reputable IFA practice providing holistic advice across investments, retirement, protection and IHT planning to wealthy private clients, mainly entrepreneurs in the medical profession. We are very detailed about how we deliver advice, and we use up to date IT and systems to assist us.

Working on either a full-time or part-time basis with our Practice Manager, the role's duties are split into several key areas.

Client Administration – seeing work through from start to finish. This includes new business preparation, managing client data, liaising with clients and providers, ensuring compliance standards are met, producing portfolio valuations and using provider platforms.

Client Reviews – collating information for the adviser to present at annual reviews and managing the appointments.

Client Files – keeping records up to date and ensuring records are correctly stored.

WRAPS – gathering data, monitoring the progress of cases and producing client reports.

General Duties – client correspondence, maintaining back-office systems and assisting in other areas when required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
At least three years of experience gained working as a support administrator within a financial planning environment. Consideration will be given to exceptional applicants with slightly less time spent in the industry. Highly organized and methodical with the ability to priorities. Excellent communication skills. Good IT knowledge, particularly in Word and Excel and industry back office systems. Able to work unsupervised, often to deadlines and achieve excellent outcomes. Have a positive attitude and willingness to help other team members. Progress in the CFP would be useful. Knowledge of Intelligent Office would be welcomed. At least three years of experience gained working as a support administrator within a financial planning environment.
