Job Description

This is a crucial role and you will be heavily involved in the day to day running of our clinic, providing a professional and friendly reception for clients, managing the diary, handling general enquiries and advising clients on suitable treatments and products. You will also be responsible for carrying out administrative duties including handling the post, filing, transferring information from paper to computer records; downloading images from a digital camera and updating excel spread-sheets.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The most important aspect of your role is delivering excellent customer service, and as such we are interested in hearing from applicants with the following skills and experience: Previous experience in 5 Star Client Relations in the hotel / beauty counter / spa / leisure / retail sector. Calm, efficient and organized. The ability to listen and respond to demanding client needs. Excellent personal presentation and communication skills. A passion for delivering exceptional levels of client service. Experience of using Microsoft Office Products and electric retail systems.
