Job Description

The role of Senior Administration Manager is a crucial role to assist and report directly to the Sales Director along with managing a team of sales administrators. To be successful, you must be a self-motivated individual who has excellent planning and organizational skills. Ideally have PA experience whereupon you will have the ability in managing paperwork, work loads, organizing meetings, minute taking and other high level administration duties. You will have good IT Skills including all Microsoft products word, excel, PowerPoint, one drive, share point, teams etc. and have CRM Experience showing a good degree of understanding of a CRM process in managing and controlling of processes for sales opportunities, leads and outputs etc.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the Sales Directors and GSM’s of Sales to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals.
Identify, anticipate and prepare information requirements of the directors for meetings, appointments, presentations etc. and follow up inward and outward requests for information, outstanding reports and correspondence
To report /present to the Sales Director and other senior managers (when applicable) at the Ilkeston Office once a week to update progress and results, to discuss marketing campaigns and provide an overview of department activities.
Participates as a team member in strategic and tactical planning for the organization
Ensuring personal and departmental standards are met in regard to sales targets, conversion of sales and cancellation rates.
Manage and control the CRM System.
Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly team forecasts and reporting. Prepare and analysis sales pipeline reports and dashboard.
Supports all tactical senior management functions and suggests improvement to optimize lead qualification process.
Extend/deepen relationships with customers to further qualify and penetrate accounts and articulate the CBVH message.
Report on team performance by identifying and implementing actions needed for achievement of goals.
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, and confidential documentation
Assisting the Sales Director to communicate relevant information with the team
Organize Team events/outings
Liaise with and support the administration team, ensure good communication with team members and effective administration is completed for business purposes.

Ensure all legal requirements are met in terms of data protection
Compliance - Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous knowledge and experience in a Office Managers role or similar with a proven track record of assisting management. Reliability and discretion. Previous knowledge and experience of CRM Management, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Minute taking, Marketing and events. Ability to multi-task & the ability to priorities tasks. Planning skills & Attention to detail. Initiative and problem-solving skills. Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads Organized and attentive to detail. Strong interpersonal skills.
