Finance Administrator
Part-time, Permanent - Temporarily remote
Job Description
Your role will be varied and challenging and will include but will not be limited to -
- Assisting in the day to day financial running of the business;
- Drafting and sending invoices to our customers;
- Processing expenses;
- Completing monthly bank reconciliations;
- Processing supplier payments;
- Logging incoming payments using Xero and our database;
- Chasing debt;
- Management of calendars, including arranging meetings, appointments and inspections as required;
- General office support including answering calls, scanning and printing.
