Finance Administrator
Part-time, Permanent - Temporarily remote
Job Description

Your role will be varied and challenging and will include but will not be limited to -

  • Assisting in the day to day financial running of the business;
  • Drafting and sending invoices to our customers;
  • Processing expenses;
  • Completing monthly bank reconciliations;
  • Processing supplier payments;
  • Logging incoming payments using Xero and our database;
  • Chasing debt;
  • Management of calendars, including arranging meetings, appointments and inspections as required;
  • General office support including answering calls, scanning and printing.
