We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator/Coordinator to join our expanding business on a fulltime basis.
We are specialists in specialized cleaning and building maintenance services, for example, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, deep clean kitchen cleaning, algae and organic growth and reactive covid 19 decontamination and fogging.
Your duties and responsibilities include
Scheduling Jobs
Adding information onto the customer CRM system
Receiving in-bound calls from customers and investigation of complaints
Provide support to the office manager and contracts manager when needed
Contacting existing companies for further work opportunities
The right person for the role will be outgoing and self-motivated with a desire to progress themselves personally.

Job Duties:
Answer incoming customer inquiries
Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognized and maintained
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A team player. Be able to build quick relationships with people. A natural communicator, particularly English written communication. Quick to learn new skills. Excellent organization skills. Intermediate IT skills, particularly MS excel and other MS office applications. Education: GCSE or equivalent (Preferred). Experience: customer service: 1 year (Preferred).
