Job Description
As a Customer Service / Sales Administrator you will be working within a small and friendly team providing their customers with accurate and timely quotations. These requests will be received via email and incoming calls. You will be responsible for your own customer accounts within a given geographical area. You will be responsible for liaising with the sales team, suppliers and customers to ensure a consistent and collective sales performance. Suitable candidates will be enthusiastic, self- motivated, driven and dynamic with a willingness to succeed. This is an exciting and perfect opportunity for experienced and capable individuals who can handle a fast-paced environment.
Duties and responsibilities:
Research and obtain information in order to provide accurate customer quotations
Chase customer quotations
Work closely with our suppliers to clarify pricing
Processing of orders onto internal system
Action emails – queries
Check/ monitor stock availability
Source replacement stock from suppliers
Follow up orders and liaise with the customer on delivery dates
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Job Duties:
Answer incoming customer inquiries
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1+ year’s Sales experience - in house i.e. Upselling / Link selling. Working within sales orientated position in a contact Centre. Competent in Microsoft packages – To include basic Excel. Highly organized and methodical with good attention to detail. Capable of following procedures accurately. Able to work under pressure. Confident telephone manner. Positive attitude. Fast learner of systems and processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. You will demonstrate enthusiasm, proactively seeking opportunities to improve sales. You will be committed to the role, team and company, and go the extra mile when required. Flexible and adaptable. Drive and determination to succeed in a fast paced environment. Full training will be provided on their products and in-house system.
