This role is a full-time permanent position and would suit someone who is an experienced Administrator, Receptionist or Secretary. This role is a full-time varied role with half the time coordinating our Mediation function of the firm and the rest of the time picking up typing and other secretarial work for the business.

Audio typing
Copy typing
Other ADHOC secretarial duties as directed
Administrative coordination of the Mediation function
Speaking to clients regularly
File management
Diary management
Booking appointments
Daily lunchtime reception cover and reception cover during leave

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in a similar position within professional services, producing high volumes of work. Due to the nature of the role, excellent communication, customer care skills and the ability to juggle different work effectively is a must. The ideal candidate must be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision. 1-2 years digital dictation experience. 1-2 year’s experience in professional services as an administrator, PA, Secretary or Executive Assistant. Excellent typing speed (preferably a touch typist). Excellent communicator. Excellent attention to detail. A typing qualification would be advantageous. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to speak to staff on all levels. Professionalism and integrity.
