Job Description
After steady growth over recent years, a unique opportunity has arisen for the position of Estate Agency Office Manager who preferably has experience of both Sales and Lettings. A ‘can do’ attitude required to further develop the lettings department and to build upon Sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximize the overall income and profitability of branch
Build profile of agency in area
Lead the growth of Sales department
Recruit, induct, train, manage and lead team
Maintain regular contact with the company’s clients
Carry out viewings and market appraisals in a professional and efficient manner
Ensure efficient operation of Sales and Lettings departments
Work towards predefined targets
Ensure all clients expectations are exceeded
Develop processes and procedures
Allocate rent and prepare landlord statements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Preferably an experienced senior staff member. A Senior Sales Negotiator / Experienced Estate Agent who is ready for career progression. Good at managing, leading and mentoring a team. Show a proven track record in generating new business. Have a Resilient, positive and friendly attitude. Full UK Driving License required. Experience: management: 1 year (Preferred). License: Driving (Required).
