Job Description

We are recruiting a Customer Services Representative to join the Direct Delivery team on a full-time, permanent basis at our Leicester facility. The purpose of this role is to efficiently process all customer presales / aftersales queries and orders and to effectively manage the customer relationship, consistently providing excellent customer service and assisting in achieving the departmental goals. Is a subject matter expert, handles complex and exceptional questions of customers and initiates dialog with customers to get a full view on their current and future needs.

Primary/Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure all pools are worked on a daily basis and enquiries are achieved within KPI’s.
  • Build and develop robust relationships with our key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Maintain and update accurate reports/notes on AS400, SAP, Salesforce and Commerce Hub database systems.
  • Proactively manage your suppliers to achieve a resolution within the timescales to ensure the customer receives a ‘great experience’
  • Ensure customers are kept up to date on their order and identify any other needs the customer may have

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
AS400, SAP, Salesforce, Commerce Hub, Word, Excel. Key Skills. Excellent customer service skills – going the extra mile for all customer internally, externally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to use initiative to problem solve. Able to make decisions. Computer Literate.
