Job Description
Working as part of a small team your main role as our Customer Services Advisor will be to respond to and provide advice and information on the full range of New Homes services, resulting in an effective first point of contact for our customers.
Other duties of our Customer Services Advisor include
Using the New Homes information system to action or resolve enquires at the first point of contact, referring customers appropriately as required and following up on more complex enquiries.
Responding to internal and external customers through multi communication channels
Processing service requests using information technology.
Participation in team meetings, discussions and other activities as required in order to enhance and improve the customer journey.
Updating and maintaining database and information systems both manual and computer based
Assisting in developing and maintaining detailed procedure guidelines for the operation of all the services and work within these guidelines.
Following escalation and complaint procedures in order to ensure that all enquiries and customer queries are followed up to the highest degree of professional standards
Performing other duties as assigned by the management team
This role is likely to suit someone with previous call Centre experience, however, this is not essential as full training will be given.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
For this customer-facing Customer Services Advisor role you will need to possess an excellent telephone manner, be reliable, friendly and courteous. You will also be comfortable with technology (AS5400, Microsoft Office, Excel) and able to communicate clearly.
