Job Description

Benefits £24,000 to £27,000 per annum 26 days holiday plus statutory days Pension scheme Opportunities for career progression Duties include Manage our customer's queries and requests via various channels including inbound, phone support and email First point of contact for our clients and partners (by phone, and in writing) for Sales and Service Active phone sales of spare parts and consumables Establish and maintain a close relationship with customers, partners and suppliers Order management: order processing and preparation of offers for our spare parts and consumables in close cooperation with our European team and departments.

Also providing back up to other EMEA regions as required Implementation and support of campaigns and promotions by phone and email Master data maintenance (Microsoft Dynamics AX) Processing spare part returns including generating the necessary bookings and refunds Our ideal candidate.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience within a technical / engineering environment Knowledge of CNC machining, machine tools, cutting tools or similar is desirable but not essential IT literate Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-starting and driven Technical aptitude with the ability to understand, after training.
