Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Digital & Customer Journey Coordinator to join our Central Marketing function. This is a new role, reporting directly to our Global Digital Manager, where the successful candidate will be support in the delivery of website enhancements to the online journey to enable customers to progress their interest in buying a Triumph Motorcycle. The role will also include the management of Triumph’s online configurator. It is essential that the candidate can demonstrate their capabilities through results, and strong commercial success.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To succeed in the role you will be degree educated in a relevant marketing or business qualification. You will be customer focused with experience of customer journey planning and next best action marketing. You will be able to demonstrate a track record in managing infrastructure projects from concept through to delivery. Working with databases and using email marketing to increase conversion is desirable, however this isn’t essential.
