You will be required to communicate and work with colleagues and other professionals including emergency services, GP’s and care agencies.
Other duties will include installing and maintaining emergency call equipment in customer’s homes and undertaking annual visits.
You will also develop and supervise staff team in call handling and installations of telecare equipment. as well as visiting and responding to older and vulnerable individuals
We will look to you to train and support new and existing team members.
Using your experience and problem-solving skills, you will lead the shift to ensure an efficient, effective, courteous and professional service is provided to all service users and ensure that the highest level of customer service standards are met and targets are achieved.
