This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the University Switchboard and Reception Services Team, where the student and customer experience forms the core of our values. Working under the Campus Services umbrella the successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Reception Services Line Manager.
You will provide a professional and efficient front of house service and telephone support for all staff, students and visitors to the University, ensuring a safe and secure environment through effective key control and locking and unlocking procedures, as well as liaising with internal maintenance as appropriate.
An exemplary level of customer service is what we strive for and it will be your role to assist in achieving this. The role is a busy one and requires the ability to be flexible.
Under the guidance and support of the Reception Services Line Manager and the Team Leader, this role will ensure that the welcome and help provided to staff, students and visitors is warm and reflects our core values.
