Job Description

As the Commercial Optimization Director you will optimize our return and improvement on margin and be the conscience of our sales communities. This role is critical to transforming our capability to become First Choice for customers, suppliers and shareholders

What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role;

  • Being part of a commercial exec leadership team optimizing pricing and margin

  • Creating policies to improve end to end margin
