Job Description

As our Global Quality Excellence Leader you will improve our quality of products, services and processes. You will build a strategic quality plan to ensure operational and quality excellence for the customer’s quality across the portfolio. You will ensure quality systems, processes and operations of all global Druck sites, functions and service centers are performing to support the growth and improvement targets of the business by shaping a customer centric, total quality culture.

As our Global Quality Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading wing to wing quality operations for the Druck business globally to ensure 'best in class'
  • Exemplifying a Quality Culture for our business focused on our Customers to deliver positive experience for them
  • Defining the business quality strategy, objectives and KPIs to demonstrate Quality as a Core Value for us
  • Providing quality coaching and influence leadership, peers, and employees to shape continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and execute COQ reduction measures to improve cost reduction and increase sales
  • Developing an influential relationship across departments to partner in delivering key quality and business objectives around cost, supplier quality, NPI and operations

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be successful in this role you will: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) from accredited college or university. Demonstrate Global or multi-site leadership experience within quality or operations role. Show expertise and extensive experience in people management with proven management skills in a comparable environment. Be influential and enthusiastic, with the ambition and resilience to make things happen and deliver outstanding performance. Be a quality expert, familiar with the ISO9001& AS9001 and hold relevant certifications (eg Black Belt Certified). Have an in depth knowledge of fulfilment business processes and internal auditing within a regulated environment.
