Job Description

The main responsibility is to support the manager at a retail service station and forecourt.

Duties

• Support the Manager on all aspects of the store operation, leading the delivery of excellent customer service and high operational standards

• Have a passion for delivering KPI’s and increasing customer loyalty

• HSSE awareness

• Manage stock, cash, waste & ensuring daily routines are adhered to

• Supervise a broad range of products including Grocery & Beers Wines & Spirits

• Process colleague payroll and associated routines to manage accurate labor costs

• Maintain adequate controls to identify and resolve any fraudulent activity

• Support the team to ensure they deliver to brand and customer experience standards

Shift availability:

• Day shift (Preferred)
• Night shift (Preferred)
• Overnight shift (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Candidates should have experience within retail and as a Supervisor, Team Leader Duty / Assistant or Store Manager Level from Superstores, convenience or big box retail and / or petrol station forecourt environment. ·Supervisor, coach and motivating teams · Strong communication and team working skills Experience: Retail Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred) Licence/Certification: UK Driving License (Required).
