The main responsibility is to support the manager at a retail service station and forecourt.
Duties
Support the Manager on all aspects of the store operation, leading the delivery of excellent customer service and high operational standards
Have a passion for delivering KPI’s and increasing customer loyalty
HSSE awareness
Manage stock, cash, waste & ensuring daily routines are adhered to
Supervise a broad range of products including Grocery & Beers Wines & Spirits
Process colleague payroll and associated routines to manage accurate labor costs
Maintain adequate controls to identify and resolve any fraudulent activity
Support the team to ensure they deliver to brand and customer experience standards

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Candidates should have experience within retail and as a Supervisor, Team Leader Duty / Assistant or Store Manager Level from Superstores, convenience or big box retail and / or petrol station forecourt environment. ·Supervisor, coach and motivating teams · Strong communication and team working skills Experience: Retail Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred) Licence/Certification: UK Driving License (Required).
