Financial duties.
· Undertaking bookkeeping for all company financial transactions.
· Preparation and submission of VAT, PAYE, CIS returns to meet HMRC standards/deadlines.
· Process employee payroll.
· Bank reconciliation.
· Complete month end closings.
· Present financial statements and reports to the company directors.
· Process all payments, expenses, and petty cash.
· Submission of job valuations & invoices.
· Sales/purchase ledgers, taking to trail balance.
· Credit control/debt recovery.
· Liaising with external accountant.
Administration duties.
· General administration duties as directed.
· Telephone & mail handling.
· Client portals.
· Purchase order processing.
· Auditing and processing of weekly timesheets.
· Participation in on call Rota.
