As an Administrator you'll be a key part of the Business Support Team, supporting internal departments and clients with administrative and operational needs.
You are a team player who works well in an evolving environment. Positive, and proactive, you have the ability to work well with different levels and teams within the organization. You are flexible and able to work well under pressure whilst meeting deadlines. Most of all, you like to have fun and support your teammates!

What you'll be doing
Responding telephone and e-mail queries from our clients
Monitoring department mailboxes and actioning accordingly
Ensuring online records are kept up to date
Supporting the file review team with administration
Responsible for ensuring clients have access to our systems
Responsible for ensuring visit reminders are sent to client firms
Office Support including managing invoices and office stationary

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
What you need to succeed: Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Customer service and problem-solving experience. Collaborative with ability to take initiative and a strong ‘can do’ attitude. Sense of urgency – to be able to focus your energy on where it matters the most Nice to haves. Relevant experience in financial services or customer support.
