Finance Administrator
Full-time, Permanent - Temporarily remote
Job Description

The successful candidate will work with the Office/Finance Manager and Senior Management Team to assist with a range of administrative and financial reporting functions. Ultimately, you will help us manage and allocate our resources effectively.

The position offers a competitive salary and company pension and is an excellent opportunity for a stimulating role on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping and financial data entry
  • Preparation of reports/supporting documentation
  • Prepare and manage communications with clients, suppliers and external partners
  • General administrative duties
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure records are properly maintained and up-to-date

Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful applicant will preferably have the following attributes: A qualification in a relevant area such as bookkeeping, accounting, finance or business administration. Experience in bookkeeping/financial data entry, preferably in SAGE. Experience in month-end preparation and audit support work desirable. Experience in record-keeping and evidence of good practice in administration. Numeracy skills, attention to detail and ability to follow policies and procedures of the business. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Demonstrable experience in use of Office software, including Word and Excel. A team player with good communication skills, who is able and willing to learn. Experience: SAGE accounts: 1 year (required) Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
