Job Description
  • To be the first point of contact by for incoming enquiries (Telephone, email, text)
  • Register the customer enquiry on the company systems
  • Provide an attentive customer service
  • Create and update accurate information using various systems including email, databases and word processing systems
  • Arrange follow up calls and video surveys

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in a busy changing environment. Previously dealt with customers. Computer literate and able to pick up and use various software packages. Good telephone manner. Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
