We are currently looking for an administrative assistant who has excellent communication, organizational, customer service and time-management skills with a great telephone manner for a busy depot. You will need great multi-tasking skills with the ability to priorities tasks and work to a high level of accuracy. You will also need an excellent telephone manner with good problem-solving skills.
This is a new position for a new company and offers a fantastic opportunity to influence and develop personal skills as you grow with the company.
DUTIES
· Greet visitors in an appropriate and professional manner
· Answering and directing all calls
· Providing admin support to all areas of the business
· Manage and distribute all internal and external mail including Royal Mail, DHL and other courier and delivery services both outbound and inbound
· General clerical duties; scanning, photocopying, filing
· Use of Microsoft Applications & In-house systems for a very busy Hire Desk.
