Job Description

You will be the first point of contact for all customer queries, orders, and complaints and will pursue these to a satisfactory conclusion in a timely manner. You will be responsible for inputting orders into the computer system, including input of depot stock transfers, stock delivery returns and completing a reconciliation process.
