Job Description

Working closely with one of our senior directors and our senior financial administrator, the successful candidate must have the ability and experience to deliver a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a methodical and consistent approach. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in the following areas:

  • Processing of sales and purchase invoices.
  • Processing BACS payments to suppliers and allocating bank receipts.
  • Providing financial information, deducing and analyzing the repercussions for business performance.
  • Preparation of monthly accounting reconciliations.
  • Ensuring compliance and the financial rules of the company are properly recorded and followed.
  • Interfacing with our accountants and involvement in the preparation of financial reports and analyzing financial statements.
  • Improvement of the financial controls within the organization.
  • Producing the organization’s annual forecasts and budgets, and monthly preparation of management account information.

They will bring commercial intelligence and an ability to recognize the connection between the firm’s fiscal behavior, market demands as well as the trends that shape our business.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong social skills and be comfortable engaging with senior colleagues. A finance related degree or HNC will be helpful. The successful candidate will bring innovation and analytical skills and be someone who can solve challenges
