Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record specializing in Reward and looking for a new opportunity to grow and establish themselves.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain internal salary and benefit control matrix annually or as required.
  • Support annual NLW (National Living Wage) and ASR (Annual Salary Review) processes.
  • Support Job Evaluation and Benchmarking analysis, liaising with 3rd party providers as required.
  • Support in the Annual Gender pay gap reporting, you will then be required to assist in production of reporting and posting of results
  • Take lead on reward initiatives, by carrying out research, developing proposals and working with the wider business to plan and implement initiatives
  • You will be the point of contract for all reward enquiries within the business and you will be able to provide solutions to be shared and discussed with the senior team
  • Conduct a benefits health check and analysis of take up of benefits and research and propose options of new or improved benefits annually or as required.
  • Support P11d process with Finance teams regarding colleague benefits.
  • Administer benefits as required maintaining internal systems and conducting regular audits.
  • Be the main point of contact for 3rd party benefits providers and work with the team on the renewals process.
  • Carry out marketing analysis, research and provide data and proposals to the leadership team on Reward initiatives.
  • Develop and provide communication on any Reward initiatives for the UK business and provide Blog updates via our communication app for all colleagues.
  • Develop Commercial awareness across all business areas to ensure ability to understand challenges and comparisons to ensure parity across our internal business.
  • Develop networking opportunities within our sector to share best practice and look at own continuous personal development.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and table options and opportunities within our business.
  • Participate in group projects as required as the subject matter expert.
  • Create, review and update any Reward and Benefits related policies as an when required.

This is a permanent opportunity with a fantastic company, you will have the chance to shape the role and work closely with the wider HR/Finance Teams.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar Reward/Comp & Benefits role and have a few year’s experience specializing in this field.
