Job Description

Reporting to the HR Business Services Manager, the successful candidate will provide accurate and timely data for making business decisions within HR Business Services. Operating to the highest standard of analysis and interpretation of data, ensuring it is easily understood by others. Ability to use improvement tools and techniques and work with others to understand where savings and improvements could be made to processes against best practice within industry. Support the management of the company compensation, benefits and job analysis frameworks.

Responsibilities

HR Data Analytics and Insights

· Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance

· Carry out complex HR data processing tasks; advise colleagues when needed and use expertise to help improve data collection tools and administration processes

· Support the design and delivery of employee salary structures and benefit programs, providing relevant internal financial analyses and analysis of external practices

· Support the design and delivery of employee incentive programs; provide relevant financial, operational, and business performance analyses; investigate and analyze external practices

· Support the delivery of the annual review; provide relevant payroll and market pay analyses; contribute to the drafting of communications and the preparation of management decision-making tools

· Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others

· Support the delivery of job analysis and job evaluation processes; produce job descriptions/role profiles and associated scoping data

· Collate and analyze data using pre-set tools, methods and formats. Involves working independently

· Consult and educate stakeholders on methods for streamlining and standardizing data recording to ensure quality and accuracy

· Work independently to collate and analyze data using predetermined tools, methods, and formats to create standard insights

· Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of computer applications such as Microsoft Office

· Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports

· Operational Compliance Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards

· Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports

· Produce, update and provide best practice support on complex MS documents, databases and other departmental systems, advising colleagues when needed, and using own expertise to help improve processes
