Hours of work:
9am to 5pm with 45 minutes for lunch, Monday to Thursday
9am to 3.45pm with 1 hour for lunch, Friday
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be confident interacting with the general public. Ideally hold National 5’s although National 4’s may be considered. Must be computer literate with a good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Attention to detail absolutely imperative. Experience of managing diaries/calendars and scheduling appointments. Taking telephone bookings. Processing invoices.
