Job Description
Responsibilities
· Full 360 management and importing of the Payroll/ invoices
· Full employee entry cycle in Sage Payroll
· Ensuring new starts have the correct deductions on sage
· Assigning new starts to the relevant client in sage
· Updating workers information from CRM to sage
- Importing and adding any additions/ deductions / VAT
- Brief checking of validations - to ensure totals / deductions are accurate
- Assisting with new starts when needed
- Chasing missing information from clients
- Send texts messages to contractors
- Send contractors weekly statements
- Creating and loading margin reports daily for CEO approval
- Creating and loading Payments to bank
- Import invoicing to Sage when timesheets received from client
