Job Description

Responsibilities

· Full 360 management and importing of the Payroll/ invoices

· Full employee entry cycle in Sage Payroll

· Ensuring new starts have the correct deductions on sage

· Assigning new starts to the relevant client in sage

· Updating workers information from CRM to sage

  • Importing and adding any additions/ deductions / VAT
  • Brief checking of validations - to ensure totals / deductions are accurate
  • Assisting with new starts when needed
  • Chasing missing information from clients
  • Send texts messages to contractors
  • Send contractors weekly statements
  • Creating and loading margin reports daily for CEO approval
  • Creating and loading Payments to bank
  • Import invoicing to Sage when timesheets received from client
