Operational – managing the incoming and outgoing post working with both couriers and suppliers. Managing the building access for our Heathrow site including issuing temporary visitor passes and permanent access cards and also issuing ID Photo cards to all branches.
Customer Service - Manage the UK switchboard, answering the telephone in a professional manner and dealing with queries or directing them to the appropriate team(s) as necessary whilst providing a warm and professional welcome to all internal and external guests coming into the London Heathrow branch.
Administration - Support the senior administrator in booking hotels for UK employees via the Schenker Travel Portal and booking taxis for UK employees via the Schenker Travel Portal. You also create and maintain a facilities team ‘log in’ spreadsheet to contain updated details for accessing all systems and respond to queries in the Reception inbox and escalate where required. You’ll provide General administration and data entry into our systems
