Job Description

To coordinate and administer bookings for in-house domestic energy assessors, floor planners and property photographers.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and administer bookings of domestic energy assessors, floor planners and property photographers.
- Liaise with vendors, landlords, tenants and offices
- Process card payments and create invoices for accounts
- Accurate data entry into internal Excel spread sheets
- Check government EPC register for a valid EPC and sell the EPC service
- Provide flexible cover to other team members during annual leave and absence

Monday-Friday

8.30am-5.30pm


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - Confident telephone manner - Friendly and polite with a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude - Good knowledge of Excel - Outstanding time management skills - Computer literate - Ability to meet deadlines - Excellent attention to detail - Flexible and adaptable - Ability to work under pressure
