Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills and a keen interest in working in a HR environment. As Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for providing efficient, proactive and customer focused HR and Learning and Development support to staff and managers, as well as to external contacts.

In this key role you will be involved in a wide variety of Human Resources and Learning and Development administration activities, including:

  • Recruitment (including relief workers)
  • Monitoring sickness absence.
  • Learning and Development.
  • Acting as a first point of contact to managers and staff and responsible for updating and maintaining electronic (CIPHR Database) employee records for the team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
