Responsibilities and functions.

  • Responsible for the front desk receptionist area.
  • Attend to and help customers or site visitors in a well-mannered as well as professional fashion.
  • Address all internal and external phone calls timeously.
  • Consistently produce a positive impression and construct professional connections with customers, teams, and providers.
  • Comply with the security regulations for site visitors, by recording their information and issuing them with a visitor's pass.
  • Educate relevant teams of their visitor's arrival.
  • Aim to continuously add worth in all that you do and at every interaction.
  • Continually follow business plans as well as processes.
  • Satisfy the site visitors' requirements and handle their expectations.
  • Assist with ad-hoc and various tasks.
