The successful post holder will perform an integral role in the Business Support function to enable the day to day running of the programme in accordance to the Trusts policies, procedures and processes.
The ability to oversee administrative processes including organizing meetings (virtual and when appropriate in person), administrative liaison with internal and /or external sources, organizing meetings and the preparation of agendas and minute-taking and action logs and taking the appropriate follow-up action as required.
The post holder will also be required to book events and venues as part of organizing meetings, supporting the team with the management of projects, gathering information and responding to correspondence and other enquiries.
Be a focal point for enquiries as required.
