Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Gather requisite evidence of learner progress and results with Functional Skills for claiming purposes
  • Clean up and maintain learner exemptions in our CRM
  • Provide ad hoc support to our Learning Operations and Funding & Audit teams to contribute to delivering high quality, compliant learning
    journeys
  • Hold Maths and English qualifications at level 2 or above (required)
  • Administrative experience, with a keen eye for detail
  • A strong understanding of apprenticeships (desired)
  • Ability to juggle competing tasks and priorities, and comfort working to tight timelines
  • Excellent communication skills and an appreciation for delivering a quality customer service experience 
  • Experience using Salesforce (desired)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We’re looking for a focused Administrator, ideally with experience working in apprenticeships, to collate evidence of learning for apprenticeship funding claims. A multi-skilled professional, you’ll be able to juggle competing tasks.
