Job Description

We are currently recruiting an employee this role is going to be a role that is 30+ hours a week, Monday to Friday and is a permanent position with the company direct.
The role will require you to carry out reception, Admin and general duties for the business.
For example:

  • Greeting of all clients
  • Ensuring contact with Clients face to face, over telephone and email communication
  • Booking in diary for client to meet with staff members
  • Updated internal database maintain accurate records
  • Maintain the stationary supply
  • Prepare information required for clients for collection
  • Other adhoc duties and administrative support
