Job Description

You will liaise with internal stakeholders such as our accounts team, to ensure invoices are paid for our contractors and sub-contractors. You will collate site completion information to form a handover pack for delivery to SHG project teams.

You will work with the team to complete customer feedback projects. You will be on-hand to take meeting minutes, book appointments and coordinate team logistics. You will have a can-do attitude and work well under pressure.

What we’ll offer you

  • A salary of circa £21,000 - £24,000 per year pro rata, depending on skills/experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
What we need from you A keen eye for detail. A strong and competent administrator. Self-motivated, can manage own workload and work independently. Good under pressure, remains calm and can problem solve. Proactive and conscientious. A quick learner.
