Job Description

The purpose of this role is to assist and support the Head of Talent, Learning and Development, and the wider business, on a broad range of Talent, Learning and Development initiatives. You will be responsible for all the administrative coordination of our initiatives in areas such as training, performance management, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, career development, etc. In addition, you will participate in creating, enhancing and implementing Talent, Learning and Development programs and solutions, in close collaboration with many internal and external stakeholders.

This role will offer you the opportunity to build your experience and career and to progress over time. The post holder is expected to be a self-starter, being able to work as a team as well as autonomously. The role is extremely varied and the ability to take initiative and work with ambiguity is essential.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

  • Support the re-design and rollout of the South Pole Onboarding programme
  • Manage the logistics for all training and L&D sessions, managing the providers, updating participant lists, booking rooms or online sessions, sending out pre-work, monitoring attendance etc.
  • Monitor and report on staff completion of mandatory regulatory training and performance reviews.
  • Support the training needs analysis
  • Manage the Learning Management System
  • Manage relationships with External Suppliers
  • Work closely and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and suppliers respectively.
  • Ensure that processes relating to course costs are carried out effectively and efficiently.
  • Collate feedback and forward it on to relevant parties.
  • Support a range of Talent & HR projects.
  • Provide generalist administrative support to the Talent, L&D and, at times, the wider HR team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced high growth international environment.
