The purpose of this role is to assist and support the Head of Talent, Learning and Development, and the wider business, on a broad range of Talent, Learning and Development initiatives. You will be responsible for all the administrative coordination of our initiatives in areas such as training, performance management, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, career development, etc. In addition, you will participate in creating, enhancing and implementing Talent, Learning and Development programs and solutions, in close collaboration with many internal and external stakeholders.

The post holder is expected to be a self-starter, being able to work as a team as well as autonomously. The role is extremely varied and the ability to take initiative and work with ambiguity is essential.
